摘要
综采面液压支架作为煤矿生产作业中不可或缺的关键性设备,确保其作业运行的高效、稳定,对于矿井生产的持续高效开展意义重大。以此为着手点,针对综采面液压支架液压系统优化开展探究,在分析液压支架构成及其特点的基础上,分别从支架结构优化和支架执行元件优化两部分开展深入探究,希望能够为其他矿井相似工程的开展提供借鉴与参考。
As an indispensable key equipment in coal mine production,fully mechanized mining hydraulic support is of great significance for the continuous and efficient development of coal mine production to ensure its efficient and stable operation.Ta-king this as a starting point,the optimization of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic support in the fully mechanized mining face was explored.Based on the analysis of the structure and characteristics of the hydraulic support,this paper made an in-depth study from the two parts of the optimization of the support structure and the optimization of the support executive components,hoping to provide reference for the development of similar projects in other mines.
