Brief Analysis of Installing Technology while Brushing and Expanding for Roadway Cutting in Fully Mechanized Mining Face

为了减少工作面切巷刷扩后顶板的裸露时间,缩短设备安装工期,提高安装效率,提出了切巷边刷扩边安装工艺。基于山西地区霍州煤电集团木瓜煤矿的实际情况,在分析其工作面情况和采煤设备的基础上,对本案例中的切巷使用采煤机边刷扩边安装工艺进行了全面解读,并对其支护方式和注意事项进行了解析,以期为行业的发展献言献策。

In order to reduce the exposed time of roof,shorten the installation period of equipment,and improve the installation effi-ciency,the installing technology while brushing and expanding for roadway cutting was put forward.Based on the actual situation of Mugua Coal Mine of Huozhou Coal Electricity Group in Shanxi Province,on the basis of analyzing its working face and mining equip-ment,this paper comprehensively interpreted the shearer installing technology while brushing and expanding for roadway cutting in this case,and analyzed its support mode and precautions,in order to provide suggestions for the development of the industry.
