摘要
提出了利用方解石部分代替氟磷酸钙作为诱导结晶法的晶种处理100mL氟离子质量浓度15.000mg/L高氟废水,以降低成本。通过单因素试验及正交试验获得最优反应条件:方解石质量分数为20%、晶种投加量为0.6g、磷酸三钠和氯化钙投加量分别为氟离子摩尔浓度的6、12倍,此时氟离子去除率可达到93.45%,氟离子质量浓度降至1mg/L以下,满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)中氟化物的限值要求。
The induced crystallization method which used calcite to partially replace calcium fluophosphate as seed crystal was suggested to treat 100 mL high fluorine water with F-mass concentration of 15.000 mg/L so as to reduce cost.The best operation conditions were achieved through single factor tests and orthogonal test:calcite mass percentage of 20%,seed crystal dosage of 0.6 g,Na3PO4 and CaCl2 dosage of 6 and 12 times of F-molar concentration.Under the best operation conditions,F-mass concentration reduced to less than 1 mg/L with removal rate of 93.45%,which met“Standard for drinking water quality”(GB 5749-2006).
