摘要
基于2007~2017年全球可再生能源产业发展具有代表性的10个国家(地区)的面板数据,测度了可再生能源产业全球价值链地位,进一步采用交叉项模型和门槛模型,研究了FDI影响东道国可再生能源产业全球价值链地位的非线性作用。研究结果表明:FDI对可再生能源产业全球价值链地位的作用受到研发投入水平的影响,存在门槛效应:当东道国的研发资金和研发人员投入较低时,FDI对可再生能源全球价值链地位有显著的负向影响;当两项研发投入处于中等水平时,FDI对可再生能源全球价值链地位有正向影响,但不具有显著性;当两项研发投入处于高水平时,FDI对可再生能源全球价值链地位有显著正向影响。
Based on the panel data of 10 countries(regions)with representative global renewable energy industry in 2007~2017,the global value chain status of renewable energy is measured in this paper.The cross-term model and threshold model are used to investigate the non-linear effects of FDI on the global value chain status of the host country's renewable energy industry.The results show that the role of FDI in the global value chain status of the renewable energy industry is affected by the level of R&D investment.There is a threshold effect:When R&D funds and R&D personnel input are low,FDI has a significant negative impact on the global value chain status;When the two R&D inputs are at a medium level,FDI has a positive impact on the status of the global value chain,but it is not significant;When the two R&D investments are at a high level,FDI has a significant positive impact on the status of renewable energy global value chains.
