摘要
依据权变理论,以全国306家制造企业为蓝本,通过聚类分析,根据服务化程度将企业划分为探索型企业、“困境”型企业和全面型企业三种类别,结合文献分析解释了两种失败学习模式的合理性,检验了三种服务化程度与两种失败学习模式的匹配关系。研究结果表明:“困境”型企业和全面型企业的企业绩效高于探索型企业;探索型企业与外部失败学习相匹配,全面型企业与内部失败学习相匹配。
Based on the contingency theory and the data of 306 manufacturers of service transformation,this paper divides the service degree of manufacturers into three categories through cluster analysis:explorative manufacturer,“paradoxical”manufacturer,comprehensive manufacturer,explains the scientific nature of the two failure-based learning modes Results show that the performance of“paradoxical”manufacturers and comprehensive manufacturers is higher than that of explorative manufacturers;explorative manufacturers match external failure-based learning;comprehensive manufacturers match internal failure-based learning.
