摘要
通过梳理现有文献,从技术投入、产业规模、行业结构、政策激励等4个维度提出绿色建筑发展的影响体系。收集2009~2017年中国绿色建筑发展数据,采用反向传播人工神经网络(BP-ANN)改进加权影响非线性分析(WINGS)模型,提出BP-WINGS模型,以避免数据分析过程中的主观赋值缺陷。通过对绿色建筑发展的影响因素进行识别与分析,结果发现技术投入是绿色建筑发展的核心影响因素,政策激励是绿色建筑发展的主要影响因素。
After reviewing the current literature,this paper presents an impacting factor system,consisting of four aspects:technical investment,industrial scale,industrial structure,and policy incentive.Based on the data related to the Chinese green buildings in 2009~2017,the BP-WINGS,which combines the weighted influence non-linear gauge system(WINGS)and the backpropagation-artificial neural network(BP-ANN),is developed in this paper to identify the impacting factors of the green building development and to investigate their relationship.This model avoids the shortcoming of its subjective assignment.The results reveal that the technical investment is the core factor and the policy incentive is a main factor in developing green buildings.
