摘要
少数民族干部是党和国家在民族地区开展各项工作的重要抓手,是推动民族地区跨越式发展的火车头和领头雁,也是民族地区团结稳定、长治久安的稳定器和主心骨,在民族地区群众中有着广泛的带动力和影响力。中国共产党历届中央领导集体历来重视少数民族干部培养,并构建了相应的政策体系。十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕少数民族干部培养发表了一系列重要论述,以习近平为核心的中央领导集体出台了诸多有关少数民族干部培养的政策,这些政策涉及少数民族干部培养的体制、经费、教师、质量等四个方面,体现了科学性、时代性、创新性、战略性等特点。
Ethnic minority cadres are the important hand of the party and the state in carrying out various work in ethnic areas, the locomotive and leading goose to promote the leaping development of ethnic areas, the stabilizer and backbone of unity,stability,long-term stability and stability in ethnic areas,and have a wide range of driving force and influence among the masses in ethnic areas. The central leading groups of the Communist Party of China have always attached great importance to the training of ethnic minority cadres and constructed corresponding policy system. Since the eighteen Congress, general secretary XI Jin-ping has published a series of important discussions on the cultivation of minority cadres. The central collective leadership with XI Jin-ping as the core has promulgated many policies concerning the training of minority cadres. These policies involve four aspects, namely, the system, fees, teachers and quality of the training of minority cadres,reflecting the scientificity, the times, the creativity and the strategy. And other characteristics.
