现行专利分类系统概述及其应用场景

Overview of Current Patent Classification System and Its Application Scenarios

专利文献是世界各国、地区的专利局及国际性的专利组织在专利受理和审批的过程中产生的官方文件及其出版物的总称,目前世界范围内现存的专利分析体系主要有世界知识产权组织(WIPO)使用的国际专利分类系统(IPC)、美国专利商标局使用的美国专利分析系统(USPC)、欧洲专利局(EPO)使用的欧洲专利分类系统(ECLA)、日本专利局(JPO)使用的日本专利分类系统(FI/F-Term)以及欧洲专利局(EPO)和美国专利商标局(USPC)共同启用的合作专利分类系统(CPC),本文集中介绍了以上各专利分类系统的基本构成及其特征,并简要介绍专利分类系统的应用场景。

The patent literature is the general name of the official documents and publications produced by the national and regional gripping authorities and international patent organizations in the process of patent acceptance and approval.At present,the existing patent analysis systems in the world mainly have the world.The International Patent Classification System(IPC)used by the Intellectual Property Organization(WIPO),the US Patent Analysis System(USPC)used by the US Patent and Trademark Office,the European Patent Classification System(ECLA)used by the European Patent Office(EPO),and the Japanese Patent Office(JPO)uses the Japanese Patent Classification System(FI/F-Term)and the Cooperative Patent Classification System(CPC)jointly launched by the European Patent Office(EPO)and the US Patent and Trademark Office(USPC).This paper focuses on the above patent classification systems.The basic composition and characteristics,and briefly introduce the application scenarios of the patent classification system.
