蒋坝抽水站存在问题及拆除重建的必要性浅析

Analysis on the main problems of Jiangba Pumping Station andthe necessity of demolition and reconstruction

蒋坝抽水站于20世纪70年代因苏北地区抗旱急需而建,长期运行使得工程结构破损老化严重,泵站机电及设备已属于淘汰或报废产品,工程安全问题日趋显露,2015年蒋坝抽水站被鉴定为四类工程。随着苏北地区水资源紧缺日益凸显,洪泽湖水生态建设要求逐年提高,为进一步完善江水北调体系以及缓解洪泽湖流域水资源分布不均所带来的问题,拆除重建蒋坝抽水站,恢复其调水功能已迫在眉睫。

Jiangba Pumping Station was built in 1970s because of the urgent need of drought resistance in northern Jiangsu Province.The structure of the project had been damaged and aged seriously.The electrical and mechanical equipment of the pumping station were already obsolete or discarded products,and engineering safety issues were becoming increasingly apparent.In 2015,Jiangba Pumping Station was identified as a four-class project.With the increasingly prominent shortage of water resources in northern Jiangsu,the requirement of water ecological construction of Hongze Lake was increasing year by year.In order to further improve the system of diverting water from Yangtze River to North Jiangsu and alleviate the problems caused by the uneven distribution of water resources in Hongze Lake Basin,it was imminent to demolish and rebuild the Jiangba Pumping Station and restored its water transfer function.
