供给改革视域下高职装备制造类人才培养研究

On the Training of Higher Vocational Equipment Manufacturing Talent from the Perspective of Supply Reform

当前,第四次工业革命浪潮席卷全球,我国制造业正处于由"制造"向"智造"升级、由制造大国向制造强国迈进的关键时期,职业教育供给侧改革呼之欲出。在"智能制造"变革浪潮之下,高职院校装备制造人才培养应该抓住机遇,迎接挑战,破解智能制造高端技术人才供给难题,培养装备制造类创新型人才。

At present, the fourth industrial revolution is sweeping the world. China’s manufacturing industry is in the critical period of upgrading from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing", from the manufacturing country to the manufacturing power, and vocational education supply reform is about to come out. Under the tide of "intelligent manufacturing", the training of equipment manufacturing talent in higher vocational colleges should seize the opportunity,meet the challenges, solve the problem of supply of high-end technology talent for intelligent manufacturing, and cultivate innovative talent for equipment manufacturing.
