通州区海绵城市试点区典型LID设施技术集成初探 被引量:2

摘要 低影响开发(LID)作为一种城市设计和雨水管理思路现已逐渐成熟。LID设施无需占用大面积的土地资源即可将大部分雨水留在原地,既可以控制雨水径流污染、补充地下水,又可以减轻城市洪涝灾害。通州区作为北京海绵城市建设的试点区,将LID设计理念应用于暴雨管理和面源污染控制设计,掀起了城市规划和雨洪控制理念变革的建设热潮。文章从LID的功能分析及试点区实际应用LID类型分析入手,对LID设施的技术集成进行探讨,为海绵城市建设中如何选择LID设施提供了一定的理论依据。 Low Impact Development(LID)as an idea of urban design and stormwater management has become matured.LID facilities can keep most of the rainwater in place without occupying a large area of land resources,which can not only control rainwater runoff pollution,provide supplement groundwater,but also reduce urban floods.As a pilot area of sponge city construction in Beijing,Tongzhou District applies LID design concept to rainstorm management and non-point source pollution control,setting off a construction upsurge of concept change in urban planning and rainwater control.This article starts with the analysis of LID function and the types of LID which have been actually applied in the pilot area,then discusses the technical integration of LID to provide a certain theoretical basis for how to choose LID facilities in the construction of Sponge City.
