“海绵城市”理念在通州区某建筑工程中的运用探究

Application of the Concept of“Sponge City”in a Construction Project in Tongzhou District

近年来,我国各个城市存在水污染严重,水患灾害频繁,城市水文循环失调等问题。传统的城市建设模式已经无法适应现代化绿色能源型城市建设的要求。在此背景下,海绵城市的理念应运而生。本文以北京城市副中心某新建安置房项目为例,研究海绵城市技术在房建工程中的应用,以期为海绵城市理念的推广提供借鉴和参考。

In recent years,there are many problems in every city of our country,such as serious water pollution,frequent flood disasters,and imbalance of urban hydrological cycle.The traditional urban construction mode has been unable to meet the requirements of modern green energy city construction.In this context,the concept of sponge city came into being.This paper studies the application of Sponge City technology in housing construction project,taking a new residential building project in Beijing sub-center as an example,in order to provide reference for the promotion of the concept of Sponge City.
