北方新建海绵型小区的建设要点探讨——以北京市海绵城市建设试点区内新建小区为例

Discussion on the Key Points in the Construction of New Sponge-type Residential Community in North China——Taking a new residential area of Sponge City pilot construction in Beijing

海绵城市自提出以来备受关注,作为源头减排建筑类型之一的新建海绵型小区的创建也尤为重要。本文以对新建项目的建设全过程巡检为基础,主要论述北京市海绵城市建设试点区新建海绵型小区中低影响开发设施在建设过程中存在的问题及建设重点。希望对以后新建海绵型小区的建设提供参考,保证新建海绵型小区建成后实现有力发挥源头减排等作用。

Sponge City has attracted much attention since it was put forward.As one of the building types of emission reduction at source,the creation of new sponge type community is particularly important.Based on the inspection of the whole construction process of the new project,this paper mainly discusses the problems and key points in the construction of the medium and low impact development facilities in the new sponge-type residential area in Tongzhou District,Beijing.It is hoped to provide reference for the future construction of the new sponge-type residential area,and to ensure that the new sponge-type residential area can effectively play the role of source emission reduction after completion.
