摘要
从调整涂料PVC、石墨烯添加量、使用不同的环氧树脂和固化剂、助剂4个方向入手,制备了一种具有较高防腐效果的低锌含量(31%)的石墨烯环氧锌粉漆。并对其物理性能和防腐性能进行了测试和分析。最终制备的产品可以达到耐盐雾超过2400 h的防腐效果,并具备良好的物理性能。
A graphene epoxy zinc paint with high anticorrosive effect and low zinc content(31 wt.%)was prepared by adjusting PVC,the amount of graphene,using different epoxy resins,curing agents and additives.And the physical properties and anti-corrosion properties of the paint were tested and analyzed.The final product had good anticorrosion with its salt fog resistnace more than 2,000 h and good physical properties.
