耐手印粉末涂料用聚酯树脂的合成研究

摘要 以对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸、己二酸、新戊二醇、乙二醇、环己烷二甲醇、乙基丁基丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷等为原料,制备了一种用于耐手印粉末涂料的聚酯树脂,并对由其制备的粉末涂料的耐手印性能进行了研究。结果表明,该聚酯树脂可应用于高光、砂纹等多种类型粉末涂料中,制备的粉末涂料具有良好的冲击、弯折、附着力等性能,涂层耐手印性能良好。 A carboxyl-terminated polyester resin used for anti-fingerprint powder coating was prepared with terephthalic acid,isophthalic acid,adipic acid,neopentyl glycol,ethylene glycol,cyclohexanedimethanol,2-ethyl-2-butyl-1,3-propanediol and trimethylolpropane as raw materials.The anti-fingerprint property of the powder coatings based on the resin was evaluated.The results showed that the resin was suitable for many kinds of powder coatings such as high gloss powder coatings and sand textured powder coatings.The prepared powder coatings had excellent mechanical properties(e.g.,impact resistance,bending resistance and adhesion,etc.)and good anti-fingerprint performance.
