乡村型旅居养老目的地开发研究

人口老龄化趋势是当今世界各国必须共同面对的重大课题。从人类发展史看,目前我国正经历着数量规模最大、发展速度最快的人口老龄化进程。旅居养老作为一种积极健康的新型养老方式,真正契合了"老有所养""老有所乐"的基本内涵,因而受到养老服务市场的极力追捧。在详细介绍人口老龄化、旅居养老方式、乡村旅居养老消费等概念的基础上,全面分析了乡村型旅居养老目的地开发的主要内容,最后提出加快乡村型旅居养老目的地开发的具体对策。通过研究,希望能对乡村旅居养老消费、乡村型旅居养老目的地建设及我国旅居养老产业发展等方面提供借鉴参考。

The trend of population aging is a major issue facing all countries in the world.From the perspective of human development history,China is currently experiencing the largest and fastest population aging process.As an active and healthy new way of providing for the aged,hostel pension is really in line with the basic connotation of“providing for the aged”and“having fun for the aged”,so it is highly sought after by the old-age service market.Based on the detailed introduction of the concepts of population aging,the way of sojourn pension,and the consumption of rural sojourn pension,the paper analyzes the main contents of the development of rural sojourn pension destination,and finally puts forward the concrete countermeasures to accelerate the development of rural sojourn pension destination.Through the research,the author hopes to provide reference for the consumption of rural hostel pension,the construction of rural hostel pension destination and the development of China's hostel pension industry.
