地方本科高校工科专业创新能力培养探索与思考

Exploration and Reflection on the Innovation Ability Training of Engineering Majors in Local Universities

"新工科"的建设对高校培养学生创新能力提出了更高的要求,为深化创新创业教育改革,全面提高人才培养能力,研究了河池学院机电信息类专业实施的以产业需求为导向的"课堂教学——科技创新训练——岗位技能提升"三位一体创新人才培养模式,同时对在实践中存在的问题进行了分析思考。该培养模式可有效培养学生的创新实践能力,提高学生基础技能和就业竞争力,为新建地方本科高校如何培养机电信息类专业学生提供了一种新模式。

For the construction of“new engineering”higher requirements are put forward for the cultivation of students'innovation ability.In order to deepen the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform and comprehensively improve the talent cultivation ability,the innovative talents training pattern implemented by the electromechanical information majors of Hechi University is studied,which consists of“classroom teaching-scientific and technological innovation training-post skill improvement”oriented by the industrial demand.At the same time,the problems in practice are analyzed.This training mode can effectively cultivate students’innovative practical ability,improve students’basic skills and employment competitiveness,and provide a new mode for the new local universities to cultivate the students of electromechanical information majors.
