摘要
“食品分析”是食品相关专业的一门核心必修课,知识覆盖面广,对学生的综合素质要求高。受到理论课时和授课教师人数的限制,在实验课中经常暴露出可对话、可操作、可重复性差等的问题。依托现代信息技术和大数据平台,以食品工程教育认证为契机,开展了一系列课程改革和教学探索工作。“微信公众号和超星学习通”双平台在“食品分析”课程教学中的同步运用,在学生群体中反馈良好。
Food Analysis was a core compulsory curriculum for students of food related major,which provides large amount of professional knowledge and demanding for students.Due to the limited class hours and teaching time,the problems in experimental class were always exposed,involving inefficient communication,poor maneuverability and repeatability.A series of work on reform and innovation of Food Analysis course were carried out,based on the modern information technology and big data platform,seizing the opportunity of food engineering education certification.The simultaneous application of WeChat official account and Super star learning platform in Food Analysis course has given good feedback to the undergraduate students.
