以培养应用型人才为目标,结合食品质量与安全专业的实际情况,探索“食品毒理学”课程教学改革的必要性,并从教学内容、教学方法等方面对“食品毒理学”课程的教学改革效果进行了分析,为应用型人才的培养打下基础。

In order to cultivate applied talents as the goal, combined with the actual situation of food quality and safety specialty, the necessity of Food Toxicology course teaching reform was explored, and the teaching reform effect of Food Toxicology course was analyzed from the aspects of teaching content and teaching method, laying a foundation for the cultivation of applied talents.
