摘要
本文采用同一系列不同型号的柱塞泵,在往复式液泵性能试验台上进行试验,研究转速及排出压力对柱塞泵容积效率及泵效率的影响。结果表明,存在一个最佳转速区间,泵容积效率和总效率均保持较高数值,流量随转速增大而线性增大;存在一个最佳压力区间,泵效率数值较高并缓慢增长。
In this paper,a series of different types of plunger pumps were used to conduct tests on the performance test bench of reciprocating liquid pumps to study the effects of rotating speed and discharge pressure on the volumet ric efficiency and pump total efficiency of plunger pumps.The results show that there is an optimal speed range in which the pump volume efficiency and efficiency remain high and the flow rate increases linearly with the increase of speed.There exists an optimal pressure range in which the pump efficiency value is high and increases slowly.
