推进社会组织协商不仅有助于培养公民参政能力、维护社会和谐稳定,而且有助于优化政府公共决策、完善协商民主体系。当前,社会组织协商存在协商能力参差不齐、相关法律法规缺失、机制建设薄弱等问题。在明确角色定位的基础上,通过提高社会组织协商能力、加强立法工作、构建协商机制和创新协商方式等路径,广泛深入推进社会组织协商,有效提升新时代我国社会组织协商的质量。

Promoting social organization consultation is not only helpful to cultivate citizens′ability to participate in politics,maintain social harmony and stability,but also helpful to optimize government public decision-making and improve the democratic system of consultation.At present,there are many problems in social organization consultation,such as uneven consultation ability,lack of relevant laws and regulations,and weak mechanism construction.On the basis of clarifying the role orientation,through improving the consultation ability of social organizations,strengthening the legislative work,constructing the consultation mechanism and innovating the consultation mode,we can widely and deeply promote the consultation of social organizations,so as to effectively improve the quality of the consultation of social organizations in the new era.
