摘要 针对现有水果采摘器存在价格较高,采摘效率低、便携性差等问题,设计一款以利用气动原理为基础的采摘器。该器械采用手压气泵为动力源,通过六角气缸解决高低调节及采摘头的转动问题;设计手指气缸反用驱动多连杆机构完成采摘剪切;设计挂钩式背带将采摘器的部分重量转移至人体的肩部和腰部,以延长作业的时间,降低疲劳感;设计自锁折叠关节及折叠网兜,提升采摘器的便携性。现场试用表明:使用该采摘器工作效率可提高50%;劳动强度可降低80%。 For the existing fruit pickers,there are problems such as high price,low picking efficiency and poor portability.The picking device uses the pneumatic principle as the design basis,adopts the hand pressure air pump as the power source,which solves the high and low adjustment and the rotation of the picking head through the hexagonal cylinder and designs the finger cylinder to drive the multi-link mechanism to complete the picking and shearing.At the same time,the design of the hook-type strap transfers part of the weight of the picker to the shoulder and waist of the human body,extending the working time and reducing the fatigue.Secondly,the design of self-locking folding joints and folding net pockets enhances the portability of the picker.The on-site trial shows that the work efficiency can be increased by 50% and the labor intensity can be reduced by 80%.
