产教融合、校企合作视角下会计工匠人才培养机制探究——以九江职业技术学院为例

多年来,九江职业技术学院财会金融学院着力构建基于产教融合、校企合作的会计工匠人才培养机制,校企协作共育工匠型人才,人才培养质量稳步提升,专业和企业得到共同发展。

Over the years,the School of Finance and Accounting of Jiujiang Vocational and Technical College has made great efforts to build a talent training mechanism for accounting based on the industry-education integration and college-enterprise cooperation.The school and enterprises have jointly cooperated on cultivating artisan talents,therefore,the quality of talent training has been steadily improved,and the specialty and enterprise have been jointly developed.
