摘要
针对当前高职院校学生在学习中存在学习目标、学习态度、学习兴趣、学习能力自我期待低的问题,高职院校教师运用罗森塔尔效应,在教学过程中积极期望、倾注情感与爱心、在师生互动中欣赏学生,有助于开发、挖掘高职院校学生的潜在能量。
In view of the problems concerning the learning objectives, learning attitude, learning interest, earning ability, low self-expectation of the students in higher vocational colleges, teachers should use Rosenthal Effect to show active expectation, pour emotion and love into the teaching process, and appreciate students in the interaction between teachers and students. This is helpful to develop and tap the potential energy of students in higher vocational colleges.
