地方高校将苏区精神融入大学生积极人格培育的路径研究

On The Integration of Soviet Area Spirit into the Cultivation of College Students’Positive Personalities

地处中央苏区的地方高校,在发挥苏区精神培育大学生积极人格上具有天然的地缘优势。苏区精神的本质是积极人格,积极人格培育的内容包含着苏区精神内容,且二者的价值取向都在于促进个体自我实现。我国当代大学生积极人格培育方法存在着操作性不强,与思想政治教育脱离,对大学生的主动性激发不够的困境。发挥中央苏区地方高校天然的地缘优势,将苏区精神融入大学生的积极人格,必须坚持增进积极情绪体验理念,营造积极的组织系统,搭建积极人格培育平台。

Colleges located in the Central Soviet area have natural geographical advantages in using the Soviet Area spirit to cultivate students’positive personalities.The essence of the Soviet area spirit is the positive personality.The cultivation of the positive personality contains the spirit of the Soviet Area.Both their value orientation is to promote the individual self realization.There are some difficulties in the cultivation of active personality of college students in our country,such as the lack of operability,the weak link to the ideological and political education,and the insufficient stimulation to the initiative of college students.Cultivating the college students'positive personalities under the guidance of the Spirit of Soviet Area,we must persist in the concept of promoting positive emotional experiences,and give play to?motive power of the Spirit of Soviet Area.We need to create a positive organizational system to improve the training mechanism,and build a platform to dig the carrier of the Spirit of Soviet Area.
