中国名校“80后”职业选择与职业发展研究--基于对985高校T大学的调研

A Study on the Career Choice and Development of the"Post-80s"in China's Famous Schools——Based on the Survey of T University in 985 University

以985高校T大学"80后"校友为研究对象,对其职业选择和职业发展进行研究。通过调查,研究"80后"校友工作单位分布、创业情况和择业动机、职业地位。研究发现,专业性、志趣、性格匹配度和家国情怀是"80后"择业考虑的主要因素。行业企业发展、婚恋影响、单位支持和就业引导对校友职业发展有重要影响。

Taking the"post-80s"alumni of T University in 985 University as the research object,this paper studies their career choice and career development.Through the investigation,this paper studies the work unit distribution,entrepreneurship and career motivation of the"post-80s"alumni,and investigates their professional status.It is found that professionalism,ambition,personality matching and family feelings are the factors that the post-80s consider in their career choice.The development of enterprises,the influence of marriage and love,the support of units and the guidance of employment have an important influence on the career development of alumni.
