温阳升白颗粒联合艾灸改善癌症相关性疲乏的临床研究

Clinical Study on Wenyang Shengbai Granule Combined with Moxibustion in Improving Cancer-Related Fatigue

目的:观察温阳升白颗粒联合艾灸改善癌性疲乏的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将癌性疲乏患者58例分为艾灸组(对照组)28例及艾灸加中药组(治疗组)30例。对照组予艾灸治疗,每日1次;治疗组予温阳升白颗粒,每日1剂,每日2次,冲服,同时加用艾灸治疗。两组均连续治疗14 d。观察两组治疗前后Piper疲乏量表评分、生活质量(KPS)评分、阳虚证候评分。结果:两组治疗前后比较,Piper疲乏量表评分均有不同程度升高,艾灸加中药组与艾灸组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后比较,艾灸组与艾灸加中药组KPS评分均升高,两组KPS评分差值比较,艾灸加中药组明显优于艾灸组(P<0.05)。两组治疗阳虚证候疗效比较,艾灸加中药组症状改善率为86.7%(26/30),艾灸组为75.0%(21/28),明显优于艾灸组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:以温阳益气法为指导的组方温阳升白颗粒联合艾灸治疗可以改善阳虚证为主的癌性疲乏,中药加艾灸组治疗效果更优,为中药联合外治法治疗癌症相关性疲乏提供临床依据。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang Shengbai Granule combined with moxibustion on cancer fatigue.Methods:58 cases of cancer fatigue were randomly divided into the control group(n=28)and the treatment group(n=30).The control group was treated with moxibustion;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with Wenyang Shengbai Granule.The treatment duration was 14 days.The scores of Piper Fatigue Scale,KPS and yang deficiency syndrome were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The scores of Piper Fatigue Scale and KPS were both increased after the treatment in the two groups,and the increases were more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).In terms of the improvement rate of yang deficiency syndrome,it was 86.70%(26/30)in the treatment group,which was significant higher than 75%(21/28)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Shengbai Granule combined with moxibustion can effectively improve the fatigue symptoms and the life quality of Cancer patients,its therapeutic effect is more obvious,which provides the clinical basis for the treatment of Cancer-related fatigue by the combination of TCM formula and external therapy.
