霾黄金中药茶急性毒理试验研究

Acute Toxicology of Mai Huang Jin Herbal Tea

目的:评价霾黄金中药茶是否对小鼠产生急性毒理损伤。方法:将40只KM小鼠分为A,B,C,D四组,A组为对照组,试验组B,C,D受试物设3个剂量(正常剂量的1倍,10倍,100倍)。小鼠连续10 d灌胃给予受试物,每天固定时间灌胃两次,对照组灌相应体积的去离子水。连续观察14 d,记录各组动物的体质量,行为,饮食及排泄情况,于第14天对小鼠进行眼球取血和肝肾取材,并进行生化指标测定和病理染色观察。结果:与对照组相比,灌药后的小鼠的体质量、饮食、行为、排泄情况以及血清葡萄糖,总蛋白,肌酐,甘油三酯测量值均无明显改变(P>0.05);肝,肾病理染色也未出现急性毒理改变。结论:霾黄金中药茶按正常剂量100倍饮用亦不会引起急性毒理改变,安全可靠。

Objective:To evaluate whether Mai Huang Jin herbal tea produces the acute toxicological damage to mice.Methods:40 KM mice were randomly divided into the control group and the herbal tea groups of low-dose(normal dose),medium-dose(10 times of normal dose)and high-dose(100 times of normal dose).The mice were intragastrically administered herbal tea at different concentrations twice a day at a fixed time for 10 consecutive days.The control group was intragastrically administered with same volume of deionized water.The body weight,behavior,diet and excretion of the mice were recorded for 14 days.On the fourteenth day,eyeball blood was collected to detect the biochemical indicators,as well as the liver and kidney were used as the sample for pathological staining.Results:There were no significant changes in the weight,diet,behavior,excretion and serum glucose,total protein,creatinine and triglyceride after the administration of herbal tea,compared to those in the control group(P>0.05).Pathological staining did not show acute toxicological changes in liver and kidney in the herbal tea groups.Conclusion:Mai Huang Jin herbal tea will not cause acute toxicological changes even with 100 times of the normal dose,the herbal tea is safe and reliable.
