摘要
总结李延教授治疗冠心病痰瘀互结证的经验。冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称为冠心病)是一种临床常见病、多发病,相当于传统中医学中的“胸痹”“心痛”“真心痛”等,其基本病机为本虚标实,本虚以心阳亏虚为主,标实以痰浊和瘀血较为常见。本文从病因病机、临床特征、治疗等方面系统分析、总结了李延教授治疗冠心病痰瘀互结证的临证经验。
Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinic,which is equivalent to Xiongbi(chest obstruction),Xintong(cardiac pain)or Zhenxintong(genuine cardiac pain)in TCM.Its basic pathogenesis is deficiency in origin(deficiency of heart-yang)and excess in superficislity(phlegm stagnation and blood stasis).This study systematically summarized Professor LI Yan's experience in treating CHD of phlegm stagnation and blood stasis from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,clinical characteristics and treatments.
