摘要
为培养大数据专业人才的创新能力,结合新工科的内涵,以服务地方产业经济为目的,提出校企合作协同育人,形成"3+1"联合培养模式,校企双方共同制订教学内容,建立创新育人机制,推进协同育人平台建设,引进和培养大数据专业"双师双能型"教师.从而全面提升大数据专业学生的创新能力,满足新工科对大数据专业人才的需求.
In order to cultivate the innovative ability of big data professionals,combining the connotation of the new subject with the purpose of serving the local industrial economy,the cooperation between schools and enterprises to educate people and the"3+1"joint training mode is proposed in this paper.Teaching contents are formulated by schools and enterprises.Innovative education mechanism is established and the construction of collaborative education platform is promoted.Besides,"double teachers and double abilities"teachers of big data specialty are introduced and trained so as to comprehensively improve the innovation ability of big data students and meet the needs of new engineering for big data professionals.
