摘要
油田注水管网发生漏损事件时,现有定位漏损节点方法及漏损量计算方法效率低下。根据流量守恒定律建立非线性方程组,计算漏损工况下管网各节点的压力;以数理统计、遗传算法为基础,提出油田注水管网漏损判断方法以及漏损节点定位模型;并通过建立实验管网对漏损现象进行了实验模拟与验证。实验表明,油田注水管网漏损判断方法可以根据注水井的总输入水量以及注水站的总输出水量快速判断管网是否漏损;在漏损量较大的漏损事件中,油田注水管网漏损节点定位模型的定位结果较为可靠。
In the case of leakage accident of water injection pipeline network in oilfield,the existing methods for locating the leakage node and calculating the leakage amount are inefficient,which is not conducive to the management and development of enterprises.The nonlinear equations were established based on the flow conservation law to calculate the pressures at pipeline network nodes in the case of leakage;the leakage diagnosis method and the leakage node locating model were put forward based on the mathematical statistics and the genetic algorithm;the experimental pipeline network was established to simulate and verify the leakage phenomenon.The tests show that the leakage diagnosis method can rapidly diagnose the leakage according to the total output water amount of water injection wells and the total input water injection amount of water input station;in the event with larger leakage amount,the result got from the leakage locating model of the water injection pipeline network is more reliable.
