连续重整项目板式换热器更换吊装技术

摘要 随着国内外连续重整装置越来越多,换热器的安装受重量、吊装高度及场地的限制也越来越严重,采用大型履带起重机可为在狭小空间内吊装换热器提供安全、高效的技术支持。结合锦州项目部80万t/a连续重整装置中板式换热器(旧)更换为缠绕式换热器(新)的工程,介绍了在狭小空间内进行换热器吊装拆除与吊装安装的工艺,论述了旧、新换热器更换的吊装过程,并对吊装地耐力要求、起重机选型核算、吊索具校核等设计要点进行了分别介绍,最后总结了本次吊装的经验教训,为以后类似的大型换热器等设备的吊装提供参考。 With more and more continuous reforming units at home and abroad,the installation of heat exchangers is more and more severely restricted by weight,hoisting height and site condition,and the use of large crawler cranes can provide safe and efficient technical support for hoisting heat exchangers in narrow space.According to the project of replacing the old plate heat exchanger with a new winding heat exchanger in the 800000 t/a continuous reforming unit of Jinzhou project department,this paper introduces the technique of hoisting and installing the heat exchanger in narrow space,discusses the hoisting process for the heat exchangers replacement,and introduces the design key points of the ground endurance requirement for hoisting operation,the crane type selection accounting and the sling checking respectively.Finally,it summarizes the lessons learned from this hoisting operation for providing references to similar hoisting operations of heavy heat exchangers in the future.
