摘要
管道完整性管理摒弃了落后的事故追究型管理,通过对管道进行检测与评价,进入超前的事故预防型管理。对近年来国际上关于国外油气管道和设施的完整性检测与评价技术研究新进展进行了论述,包括管道内、外检测与水压试验,体积型缺陷检测与评价,裂纹缺陷检测与评价,缺陷修复和缓解等技术的现状和进展,以期对国内管道完整性管理下一步深化和完善方向提供参考和借鉴。
Pipeline integrity management has abandoned the backward accident investigation management and entered the advanced accident prevention management through the pipeline inspection and assessment.This paper discusses the recent research progress on the integrity inspection,assessment and repair technology of foreign oil and gas pipelines and facilities,including pipeline internal and external detections,water pressure test,volumetric defect detection and assesment,crack defect detection and assesment,defect repair and mitigation,in order to provide reference for the further deepening and improvement of domestic pipeline integrity management.
