新一轮上海市城市总体规划(2017—2035年)中S22公路定位为高速干线公路,位于上海市域北部,但在选线上存在南北比选线位。在全市骨干路网研究的基础上,综合交通功能与流量分析,对S22公路功能定位进行梳理,全面解析S22公路在南北线位上的功能差异,分析S22公路在南北比选线位的优劣性。研究结果表明:S22公路南向线位方案更加符合上海市域北部路网总体定位,起到改善路网布局、联动地区发展的作用,同时研究可为相关工程的稳定以及后续工程方案的推进提供参考借鉴意义。

In the new round of Shanghai Urban Master Plan(2017—2035),S22 road is positioned as a high-speed trunk highway,located in the northern part of the Shanghai area,but there is a north-south comparison on the line.On the basis of the study of the backbone network of the city,comprehensive traffic function and traffic analysis is conducted to sort out the functional positioning of S22 highway,comprehensively analyze the functional differences of S22 highway in the north-south line,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of S22 highway in the north-south comparison.The research shows that the southward line plan of S22 road is more in line with the overall positioning of the northern road network in Shanghai,which plays a role in improving the layout of the road network and the development of the linkage area.At the same time,the research can provide reference for the stability of related projects and the advancement of subsequent engineering projects.
