城市道路品质化提升实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of Urban Road Quality Improvment

面对当下国内城市道路普遍存在行人路权不受尊重、粗放建设、道路与建筑空间割裂等问题,分享广州城市道路品质提升的实践经验。首先,从增设景观设计环节、完善既有设计体系、探索整合建筑退缩空间等三方面构建全新设计体系;其次,对精细化设计到精细化施工两大方面进行了探讨,提供了城市道路品质化提升的具体解决路径;最后,对于实践中遇到的建筑退缩空间管控缺失、优质与低价的投资控制博弈等政策瓶颈,提出了建设性建议。

Facing the problems of unrespected pedestrian rights,extensive construction,and fragmentation of roads and building spaces in domestic urban roads,the article shares the practical experience of improving the quality of urban roads in Guangzhou.Firstly,a new design system is constructed from three aspects:adding the link of landscape design,perfecting the existing design system,and exploring and integrating the shrinking space of buildings.Secondly,the paper discusses the two aspects of fine design and fine construction,and provides the concrete solutions for the improvement of urban road quality.Finally,some constructive suggestions are put forward for the policy bottlenecks encountered in practice,such as the lack of space management and control of building retreat,the game of investment control between high quality and low price.
