东港市十字街水库大坝安全鉴定分析

Safety Appraisal and Analysis of Shizijie Reservoir Dam in Donggang City

十字街水库大坝工程于2009年进行过除险加固,大坝运行至今已过10年,按照《水库大坝安全鉴定办法》(水建管〔2003〕271号)及《水库大坝安全评价导则》(SL 258—2017)有关规定,对十字街水库大坝进行了安全评价。文章结合东港市十字街水库工程安全鉴定经过及结论,探讨了水库安全鉴定应注意的一些问题,提出了相应的修补措施及建议,为类似工程安全鉴定分析提供了必要的参考。

Shizijie Reservoir Dam Project was reinforced in 2009.The dam has been operated for more than 10 years.The safety of Shizijie Reservoir Dam is evaluated according to the related regulations in“Reservoir Dam Safety Appraisal Method”(Shui Jian Guan〔2003〕No.271)and“Guidelines on Dam Safety Evaluation”(SL 258-2017).Safety appraisal process and conclusion of Donggang Shizijie Reservoir Project are combined in the paper to discuss some problems in reservoir safety appraisal.Corresponding repair measures and suggestions are proposed,thereby providing necessary reference for the safety appraisal and analysis of similar projects.
