两种改性方法对桉木单板/聚乙烯膜复合材料力学性能影响的对比研究

摘要 为了使塑料缩水表面与单板亲水表面可以更好地进行结合,在进行制备时,本研究以聚乙烯薄膜为主要材料,科学分析对其进行不同处理时界面性能产生的影响,并以此为依据,对该材料制造工艺进行优化。在进行热处理时,温度以140℃为宜,进行1 h的处理,当碱浓度达到30%时,复合材料可以充分地发挥力学性能。通过热碱两种方式进行处理,复合材料的界面性能可以有效提高。 In order to better combine the plastic shrinkage surface with the hydrophilic surface of the veneer,in the preparation,polyethylene film was used as the main material in this study,and the influence of the interface proper ties on its different treatment was scientifically analyzed,and based on this,optimized the material manufacturing pro cess.In the heat treatment,the temperature is preferably 140℃,and the treatment is performed for 1 hour.When the alkali concentration reaches 30%,the composite material can fully exert mechanical properties.The interfacial prop erties of composite materials can be effectively improved by two methods of hot alkali treatment.
