圆柱磨应用于造纸法再造烟叶制浆工艺的研究

Application of Cylinder Milling in Reconstituted Tobacco Pulping Process

目前国内造纸法烟草薄片打浆工艺主要参照造纸行业打浆工艺和设备,两道高浓磨一次性完成纤维分丝及部分切断,双盘磨当通道,精浆机切断的工艺模式。该模式状况下,制浆未能实现有效的磨浆梯度,即高浓制浆后,随即低浓制浆,存在打浆强度高,浆料均匀性不足,质量和稳定性控制较差等缺陷。本文应用圆柱磨形成两台高浓磨+圆柱磨+两台双盘磨的工艺流程,增加圆柱磨磨片对纤维的机械打浆作用,改善纤维的物理特性,提高烟草浆打浆度的稳定性,并改善浆料纤维分布均匀性,为配浆质量的稳定性奠定了基础。

Current beating process for papermaking-reconstituted tobacco sheet mainly refers to the beating process and equipment of the papermaking industry,including the operation mode for single-step splitting and partial cutting for two-channel high-concentration milling,utilization of the dual disc miller as the passing channel,and milling refiner cutting.Under such operation mode,the pulping process cannot generate effective milling gradients,e.g.,the operation of high concentration pulping followed by low concentration pulping generate undesirably high beating intensity,low homogeneity,low quality and stability control.This study uses cylinder millers to establish a new process consisting of two high concentration millers,cylinder millers,two dual disc millers.This new process increases the mechanical beating effect of cylinder miller’s grinding disc on the fiber,improves the physical properties of the fiber,enhances the stability of the tobacco pulp beating degree,and elevates the pulp fiber distribution homogeneity,which lays a solid foundation for stabilizing pulp blending’s quality.
