造纸法再造烟叶烘片加工稳定性的改进

造纸法再造烟叶的烘片工序中烘片滚筒的卸料罩压力稳定性控制,是烘片加工稳定性控制的重要一环。在实际加工中,常常存在卸料罩压力波动较大、潮气外溢严重的问题,影响工艺质量以及生产现场环境。对此,采取对烘片滚筒的卸料罩负压检测器重新选型,调整卸料罩负压PID控制的方式进行改进。改进后,卸料罩压力稳定,潮气外冒现象得以消除。

The pressure stability control of the discharging hood of the drying cylinder was an important part of the stability of the drying process control.In the actual processing,there were often problems such as a large pressure fluctuation of discharge cover and a serious exhausting of moisture,which affected the process quality and the production site environment.In this regard,the method of reselecting the detector and adjusting the PID control for the negative pressure of discharging hood was adopted and implemented.After the improvement,the pressure of discharge hood was stable and the exhausting of moisture was eliminated.
