旋耕机刀轴装配压装机构的设计

摘要 旋耕机刀轴装配需要在轴头端安装轴承及轴承座,装配形式为轴承及轴承座压装成为轴承座合件,再将轴承座合件与刀轴进行压装。本文针对轴承座合件与刀轴压装工序,设计了一种结构紧凑、调节方便,能有效降低操作者劳动强度,同时提高安全系数的卧式压装机构,可适用多幅宽、多轴径的刀轴压装。 In the assembly process of rotary cultivator cutter shaft,bearings and bearing seats need to be installed at the end of the shaft.First,the bearings are pressed and assembled into bearing seats,and then the bearing seats and cutter shafts are pressed and assembled.Aiming at the press mounting process between bearing seat and blade shaft,a horizontal press mounting mechanism for cultivator blade shaft assembly is designed,which has a compact structure,convenient adjustment,can reduce the operator’s labor intensity and improve the safety factor,and can be applied to press mounting of blade shaft with multi-width and multi-axis diameter.
