Explore a New Path to Build Strong Customs Between Directly Subordinated Customs Under "Governance of China" Blueprint

党的十九届四中全会擘画了"中国之治"新蓝图,为当前和今后一个时期推进海关制度创新和治理能力建设,开启"海关之治"指明了前进方向、提供了根本遵循。福州海关作为直属海关,在坚决贯彻中央决策部署和海关总署工作要求的前提下,有必要认真审视"中国之治"大背景下建设强关新内涵、新标准,充分发掘自身优势,着力深化改革创新,强化监管、优化服务,探索一条建设强关新路径。

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China drew a new blueprint for the "Governance of China", which charted a course and provided a fundamental guideline for promoting customs system innovation and governance capability building at present and in the next period and for launching the "Governance of Customs". Under the premise of resolutely implementing the decisions and deployment of the central government as well as the requirements of the General Administration of Customs of China(GACC), Fuzhou Customs, which is directly under the GACC, has to deliberate on the new connotation and standards of building strong customs in the context of the "Governance of China" and explore a new path to build strong customs by fully tapping into its own advantages, focusing on deepening reform and innovation, strengthening supervision, and optimizing services.
