摘要
对现行环境监察执法体制存在的问题进行了分析,然后对独立环境监察执法体制的构建进行了阐述,最后对建立和完善独立环境监察执法机制提出建议,希望为独立环境监察执法体制与机制的构建提供一定的借鉴意见。
