摘要
针对前期填埋场渗滤液处理系统处理能力低、生物处理出水硝氮高等问题,进行渗滤液处理工程改造,基于原有组合工艺"预处理-膜生物反应器(MBR)+纳滤(NF)+反渗透(RO)",通过新建厌氧池(A)和好氧池(O),增加系统处理能力和脱氮效果,延长水力停留时间(HRT),强化生物处理过程。本文比较了改造前后工艺的变化及进出水水质,结果表明改造后的工艺脱氮效果显著,总氮(TN)去除率达到90%以上,且改造后工艺具有较强的适应性和操作上的灵活性。
In view of the problems such as low treatment capacity of landfill leachate treatment system in the early stage, high nitrate-N of biological treatment effluent, etc. Based on the original combined process "Pretreatment-Membrane Bioreactor(MBR) + Nanofiltration(NF) + Reverse Osmosis(RO)", the project of leachate treatment was reformed. Increase the capacity of the system and increase HRT for strengthening the biological treatment process through the new anaerobic tank(A) and aerobic tank(O). This paper compares the changes of the process and the quality of the inlet and outlet water before and after the transformation, the results show that the Nitrogen Removal effect of the modified process is significant, the TN removal rate is more than 90%, and the modified process has strong adaptability and operation flexibility.
