生态环境监测中移液器使用影响因素分析

摘要 在生态环境监测中,取样步骤合理关乎数据的准确,监测移液器的规范操作,对准确移取溶液的体积有重要的影响。本文对此操作过程中的影响因素进行了探讨,从中分析操作规范性,以减小误差。研究结果表明,选择量程合适的移液器、采用回调方式、移液器吸头垂直插入液面、移取前润洗3次等可提高移液的准确性。 In the monitoring of ecological environment, the reasonable sampling procedure is related to the accuracy of data. The standard operation of the monitoring pipette has an important influence on the volume of the accurate pipette solution. In this paper, the influencing factors in the operation process are discussed, from which the operation standardization is analyzed to reduce the error. The results show that the accuracy of the pipette can be improved by selecting a proper range pipette, adopting a callback mode, inserting the pipette suction head vertically into the liquid level, and moistening and washing three times before the pipette.
