摘要 在对金属表面进行处理的过程中会产生大量的废水,废水中含有多种金属离子和杂质,具有极强的污染性,需对其进行净化处理后才能满足排放需求。针对现有的金属表面处理车间废水处理工艺流程复杂、经济性差的缺陷,本文提出了一种新的金属表面处理车间的废水处理工艺方案,其采用了混凝沉淀和生化处理相结合的工艺方案,能够有效地对车间废水进行净化处理,工艺流程简单、废水处理效率高,经济性好,极大地提升了废水处理的效果,具有较大的应用推广价值。 In the process of metal surface treatment, there will be a large number of waste water, which contains a variety of metal ions and impurities, has a strong pollution, and needs to be purified to meet the discharge needs. In view of the defects of complex and poor economy in the existing wastewater treatment process of metal surface treatment workshop, this paper puts forward a new wastewater treatment process plan of metal surface treatment workshop, which adopts the process plan of combination of coagulation and biochemical treatment and can effectively purify the workshop wastewater. The process flow is simple, the efficiency of wastewater treatment is high and the economy is high Good, greatly improved the effect of wastewater treatment, with greater application and promotion value.
