儿童时期上颌埋伏中切牙阻生所引发的错畸形现象对替牙列期的美观影响较大,病情严重的患儿甚至影响其咀嚼功能及日常发音,不利于身心健康及正常社交活动的开展.现阶段,对于埋伏中切牙的诊断主要采用影像学检查的方式,通过影像学检查明确埋伏中切牙位置、深度及牙根情况等具体信息,并根据上述信息选取恰当的治疗时机,有助于保障牙齿美观及矫治效果.因此,本文从埋伏中切齿流行病学、病因、诊断及治疗方法 等方面展开研究.

The phenomenon of malocclusion caused by the impact of maxillary ambush incisors in children has a great influence on the aesthetics of the dentition stage.Children with severe illness even affect their chewing function and daily pronunciation,which is not conducive to physical and mental health and normal socialization.Currently,the diagnosis of ambushed central incisors is mainly carried out by means of imaging examination.The specific information such as the location,depth and root condition of the incisors is determined by imaging examination,and the appropriate treatment timing is selected according to the above information to ensure the appearance of teeth and corrective effects.Therefore,this article reviews the epidemiological,etiology,diagnosis and treatment methods of ambushed central incisors.
