全麻复合硬膜外麻醉在危重患者胆囊切除术中的应用效果

Effect of General Anesthesia Combined with Epidural Anesthesia on Cholecystectomy in Critical Patients

目的 探究危重患者在胆囊切除术中接受全麻复合硬膜外麻醉的效果.方法 选取2017年2月至2019年3月昆明市东川区人民医院收治的危重胆囊切除术患者100例,按照信封随机化法分为对照组与实验组,对照组采用全麻,实验组采用全麻复合硬膜外麻醉,比较2组危重胆囊切除术患者麻醉的效果.结?果 实验组麻醉优良率98.00%,高于对照组麻醉优良率(80.00%,P<0.05);实验组引流量、术中出血量、手术用时、VAS评分、麻醉苏醒时间、出手术室时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 危重胆囊切除术患者接受全麻复合硬膜外麻醉的效果较好.

Objective To investigate the effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in critically ill patients undergoing cholecystectomy.Methods From February 2017 to March 2019,Totally 100 patients with critical cholecystectomy in Dongchuan District People's Hospital of Kunming City were divided into control group and experimental group according to the envelope randomization method,and the anesthesia effect of the two groups was compared.Results The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the experimental group 98.00%was higher than that in the control group(80.00%,P<0.05).The experimental group had lower drainage volume,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,VAS score,anesthesia recovery time and operating room departure time than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia is effective for critically ill patients undergoing cholecystectomy.
