高粘度骨水泥椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的疗效

Effect of Vertebroplasty with High Viscosity Cement in Treatment of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture

目的 探讨在骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折治疗中予以高粘度水泥椎体成形术的临床疗效.方法 选取2017年12月至2019年6月盐城市第一人民医院接纳的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者50例,所有患者均接受高粘度骨水泥椎体成形术,记录患者手术时长、住院时长,比较治疗前后疼痛情况,治疗前后患者的椎体前缘、后缘高度、Cobb角,并统计术后并发症发生情况.结?果 治疗后患者VAS评分显著降低(P<0.05),治疗后椎体前、后缘高度显著升高,Cobb角有效缩小(P<0.05).结论 高粘度骨水泥椎体成形术用于骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者治疗中效果明显.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high viscosity cement vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.Methods From December 2017 to June 2019,Totally 50 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)admitted to Yancheng No.1 People's hospital were selected.All patients underwent high viscosity cement vertebroplasty,the length of operation and hospitalization were recorded,The pain before and after treatment,the height of the anterior and posterior margins of the vertebral body,Cobb angle,and postoperative complications were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the VAS score of patients decreased significantly(P<0.05),the height of anterior and posterior edge of vertebral body increased significantly,and the Cobb angle decreased effectively(P<0.05).Conclusion High viscosity cement vertebroplasty can be widely used in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.
