后牙缺损患者应用全瓷高嵌体修复后的临床疗效

Clinical effect of All-Ceramic Inlays in Repair of Posterior Teeth Defects

目的 探讨后牙缺损患者全瓷高嵌体修复后的临床疗效.方法 选取遵义市中医院2017年2月至2018年2月收治的后牙缺损患者32例,共40颗牙,均行全瓷嵌体修复治疗,6个月后评价治疗效果.结果 修复体颜色合格率为97.50%,修复体形态合格率为97.50%,边缘密合度合格率为100.00%,基牙继发龋合格率为100.00%,修复体磨损与折断合格率为97.50%,患者口述非常满意度为93.75%.1例发生边缘着色和轻度嵌塞,1例发生瓷体折裂.结论 针对后牙缺损患者采用全瓷高嵌体修复治疗可获得良好的治疗效果,从形态、颜色、边缘适应性等多方面均得以改善,短期疗效好,但仍出现异常情况,如修复体边缘着色、嵌塞及瓷体折裂,需及时处理.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of all-ceramic inlays in the repair of posterior teeth defects.Methods Totally 32 patients with posterior tooth defects admitted to Zunyi City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected.A total of 40 teeth were treated with all-ceramic inlays restoration,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated 6 months later.Results The color acceptability of the restoration was 97.50%,the qualified rate of prosthesis form was 97.50%,the acceptability of edge adhesion was 100.0%,the acceptability of the secondary caries was 100.0%,and the acceptability the wear and fracture of restoration was 97.50%.The degree of satisfaction of patient's oral dictation was 93.75%.One case had edge coloring and mild impaction,and 1 case had porcelain fracture.Conclusion All patients with posterior teeth defects can achieve a good therapeutic effect by using all-ceramic inlay restoration treatment,which can be improved in many aspects such as shape,color and edge adaptability.The short-term effect was good,but abnormal conditions still occur,such as edge coloring,impaction and porcelain fracture,need to be treated in time.
