经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗创伤性胸腰椎椎体压缩性骨折的近期疗效探讨

Short-term Effect of Percutaneous Kyphoplasty in Treatment of Traumatic Thoracolumbar Vertebral Compression Fractures

目的 探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗创伤性胸腰椎椎体压缩性骨折的近期疗效.方法 选取2014年1月至2017年2月南京市高淳人民医院收治的30例创伤性胸腰椎椎体压缩性骨折患者为研究对象,平均分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用传统椎弓根钉椎体成形术治疗,观察组采用经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗,比较2组患者疼痛评分情况、椎体高度及后凸Cobb角.结果 观察组疼痛改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组椎体高度改善情况明显优于对照组,后凸Cobb角较对照组缩小幅度明显更大(P<0.05).结论 针对创伤性胸腰椎椎体压缩性骨折患者,经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗的疗效显著.

Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of percutaneous kyphoplasty for traumatic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures.Methods Totally 30 patients with traumatic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture who were treated in Gaochun People's Hospital of Nanjing from January 2014 to February 2017 were selected as the study objects,and equally divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with traditional pedicle screw vertebroplasty,and the observation group was treated with percutaneous kyphoplasty.The pain score,vertebral height and kyphoplasty cob of the two groups were compared B angle.Results Pain improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of vertebral height in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the reduction of kyphosis Cobb Angle was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty for patients with traumatic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture.
